Tonya Howell joined team IBC in 2019 as an Administrative Assistant and is now the Certified Payroll Specialist for IBC Traffic, Inc. Tonya’s pride in customer service shines through in her communication with contracts and team members. Outside of work, Tonya is a devoted mother, grandmother, and church member. Her beautiful singing voice and wonderful personality are a joy to anyone lucky enough to know her.
