Michelle Akers—member of the first women’s national team, FIFA named Player of the Century, speaker and leader for equality and equal pay—headlined a panel of incredible women making their mark in male-dominated industries. Whether it be soccer or construction, women tend to face an unconscious bias in these industries—one that takes all of us to acknowledge, dismantle, and do better.
